You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Moonsters is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss may pass to you, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

All Moonsters sales are final unless otherwise required by law or approved by Moonsters in writing.

We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect item selection by the customer, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, minor product variations, or normal wear and tear.

If there is an issue caused by Moonsters, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged due to an error on our end, please contact us promptly at help@moonsters.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If Moonsters determines that the issue was caused by us, we will work with you to make it right. In most cases, the remedy will be a replacement, repair, or other resolution determined by Moonsters.

Refunds are not offered as a standard remedy. If Moonsters determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is more appropriate than a replacement or other resolution, we may approve a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Items sent back to Moonsters without prior approval will not be accepted.
