Refund policy

All Moonsters sales are final. Because our products may include limited-edition, collectible, custom, or one-of-one items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in limited cases where there is an issue caused by Moonsters.

Order Issues, Damages, or Mistakes

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue caused by Moonsters, contact us immediately at help@moonsters.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we determine that the issue was caused by Moonsters, we will work with you to make it right. In most cases, the remedy will be a replacement, repair, or other resolution determined by Moonsters.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Minor variations in handmade, custom, collectible, or limited-edition items
Normal wear and tear
Items damaged after delivery
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, or digital products

Replacements

If a replacement is approved, Moonsters will provide instructions on the next steps. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered as a standard remedy. If Moonsters determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is more appropriate than a replacement or other resolution, we may approve a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

If Moonsters approves a replacement, repair, return, or refund due to an issue caused by us, we will provide instructions for how to proceed. Return shipping requirements, if any, will be determined based on the specific situation.

Items sent back without first contacting Moonsters and receiving approval will not be accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union or another region with mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights, those rights may apply as required by law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
