Thank you for shopping with Moonsters. This Shipping Policy explains how we currently handle shipping, delivery, and order-related shipping issues.
Shipping Locations
Moonsters currently ships only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If we expand shipping to additional countries or regions in the future, we may update this policy.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Moonsters reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time. The shipping rate charged for your order will be the rate displayed at checkout when your order is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been accepted by Moonsters.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, product availability, and whether the item is limited-edition, collectible, custom, handmade, or made in small batches.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of Moonsters’ control.
Moonsters is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Moonsters is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at help@moonsters.io. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address before the order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Moonsters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with the shipping carrier and your local delivery location first.
You may also contact us at help@moonsters.io, and we will do our best to help you review the issue, but Moonsters is not responsible for carrier errors, theft, or delivery issues outside of our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue caused by Moonsters, contact us promptly at help@moonsters.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If Moonsters determines that the issue was caused by us, we will work with you to make it right. In most cases, the remedy will be a replacement, repair, or other resolution determined by Moonsters.
Returns and Refunds
Shipping-related issues are subject to our Return and Replacement Policy.
All Moonsters sales are final unless otherwise required by law or approved by Moonsters in writing. Refunds are not offered as a standard remedy. If Moonsters determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is more appropriate than a replacement or other resolution, we may approve a refund on a case-by-case basis.
